The lakes provide our guests with excellent coarse fishing and are securely fenced for safety. We have a large heated outdoor swimming pool, a childrens adventure playground, built to stringent safety standards, and an indoor games room featuring a pool table, table-tennis table, table-football and a pinball machine. We have ponies, Alpacas and chickens on the farm.
The local lanes and bridle paths are excellent for walking and riding.
The ancient city of Exeter is ten minutes drive and offers excellent shopping and many fine restaurants. Take a walk down to the old Quay and of course, to the Cathedral. The village of Stoke Canon is one mile away, it is on a bus route and has a shop/post office and village pub.
Exmouth and Teignmouth are wonderful for children with sandy beaches and lots of play areas. Sidmouth is popular with adults, with its fine Victorian seafront buildings.
There are many playparks and tourist attractions in the area and the peace and tranquility of Dartmoor is within easy reach.
Special Occasions
If you're planning a party, wedding or family get-together and you can't put everyone up at home why not talk to us about booking one or more cottages together for a short break? Everyone can be together, you can have barbecues and drinks on the lawn, and there's plenty of room in the cottages for dining - especially Willow and Cherry with their bigger kitchens. It's a lot cheaper than a hotel, and much more intimate.

Bussells also offers fishing holidays. Accommodation is provided in self catering cottages with views of the lakes.
Bussells has two lakes and a connecting pond. Our aim at Bussells is to provide you with an excellent days fishing in peaceful surroundings.
