This Grade II Listed detached former cow byre has been imaginatively converted creating a pretty and spacious studio all on ground floor level. It is light and airy with solid oak floor throughout, well equipped and tastefully furnished to a very good standard offering a restful retreat for that “get away from it all” holiday at any time. Nestling in a quiet corner of the owner’s private grounds in a peaceful hamlet just a mile from Millers Dale and 3 miles from the popular villages of Tideswell and Peak Forest it is an excellent base for exploring the Peak District National Park. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy many country walks or cycle the country lanes, visit the local Chestnut Owl and Otter Sanctuary Reserve, whilst the nearby Monsal Trail follows the deep limestone valley of the River Wye through breathtaking countryside. Wormhill is one of the many well dressing villages, and the spa town of Buxton is just 4 miles away with numerous places of interest within a 10 minute drive including Castleton, famous for its dramatic caves and Peveril Castle, whilst Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Bakewell and Ashbourne are within a ½ hour drive.

Ground floor: 3 stone steps up to spacious studio with sitting area, dining area, well equipped kitchen, double bed. Level entry shower room with WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
